All Elec-Tra-Mate electric fishing reel models are easy to install and are designed exclusively for Penn and Daiwa Reels. Because the Elec-Tra-Mate electric reel only replaces the crank on the Penn Reel, all Penn recommendations and uses of their reels still apply. All Elec-Tra-Mates are pictured with optional reels.  Make sure you match your Elec-Tra-Mate to the appropriate reel as we do not sell the reels.   When ordering please click on appropriate box to indicate whether your Penn reel was made prior to 2010 so we will know which electric drive will fit your particular Penn reel.  This does not apply to the Elec-Tra-Mate spinning reels.  Please email or call with any questions your may have prior to ordering.
