Warranty

K & S Outdoors warrants, to the original purchaser, for 90 days from date of delivery that we will replace any defective part on The Hut, the Take A Buddy Trailer, the Take A Buddy II Trailer, the Hang ‘n Shoot Bracket Kit or the Castaway Fishing Harness and Castaway Rod Holder at no charge to the purchaser.  The warranty is limited to manufacturing defects only.  Defective parts must be shipped back with proof of purchase. K & S Outdoors shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages due to the use or misuse of these products. 

Any product not exclusively distributed by K & S Outdoors is subject to its manufacturer’s original warranty.   K & S Outdoors will not be responsible for the individual manufacturer’s warranty policies.  All inquiries regarding warranty issues of products not sold exclusively by K & S Outdoors  must be directed to the original manufacturer.

Shipping

K & S Outdoors ships most items via UPS or USPS.  Most items will be shipped within 2-3 business days.  If an item is out of stock, it will be shipped as soon as possible.  Custom orders, upon completion, will normally be shipped via a trucking company.   These items include The Hut, the Take A Buddy Trailer and the Take A Buddy II Trailer.  All shipping charges will be according to weight and destination and will be charged to the purchaser. 

Guarantee

K & S Outdoors wants our customers to be completely satisfied with our products.  If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date, return to K & S Outdoors with your proof of purchase along with the original and complete packaging and RA number.  K & S Outdoors has the right to determine whether to replace or refund the item.  Please obtain the RA number by contacting our office.  Shipping charges are non-refundable and a 15% restocking fee will be charged.  The Hut. the Take A Buddy Trailer and The Take A Buddy II Trailer are custom built and therefore they are non-refundable and may not be exchanged or returned.

Return Procedure

● Contact K & S Outdoors at 770-271-9822 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 pm. EST, M-F or Info@TheKSoutdoors.com to receive an RA number and instructions for return.

● We will not accept returned merchandise without a return authorization (RA) number.  Returns without authorization will not be processed for a refund or exchange.    

● Returns must be shipped to us via UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail for tracking/confirmation purposes.

We assume no liability for loss or damage for returned packages, therefore, we recommend you purchase insurance from your shipper.
